Samsung’s new mobile payment service, Samsung Pay, is now live on some key markets around the world for a while. Now, the Korean giant has added Thailand to the list. Samsung Pay will be a part from the Thai government’s national strategy for e-payment. This is all in effort to become a true cashless society. Samsung’s payment method is simple, secure and can work almost anywhere, so it stands as an attractive proposition.
So far, this mobile payment service has partnered up with MasterCard, Visa, KCC, Bangkok Bank, Citibank, KasikornBank, KTC and Siam Commercial Bank. Also, many department stores, and shops across Thailand are accepting it. As a bonus, it supports Galaxy Gift Cards by MasterCard and membership cards.
