Samsung is one of the best when it come to customer satisfaction according to a study carried out by J.D Power. Samsung’s users are more satisfied than any other Android phone users according to the latest survey.
J.D Power found out that consumers from AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint are more satisfied with Samsung as well as arch rival Apple smartphones.
Subscribers from T-Mobile and Sprint love Samsung more than Apple but on At&T and Verizon network Apple is more liked. Apple tops the study as At&T and Verizon are largest operators in US.
Apple being on top of the chart is not a big surprise as there are tons of blind followers of the tech company because of several reasons.
Samsung lately trying to make sure it’s smartphones and other consumer electronics products are of word class and top in quality.
Between all Samsung smartphones Galaxy Note II continues to be the most popular devices when it comes to consumer satisfaction. We are hoping the new Note 3 will lead this chart in coming days.
