Samsung is releasing another mid-range smartphone in Asian market. The new device Galaxy Core Prime spotted on Indian online marketplace FlipKart.com.
The phone resembles Samsung’s standard design and will come in plastic body. Other specifications include 4.5-inch PLS LCD capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels (aspect ratio 5:3), a 1.3GHz Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 processor, 1GB of RAM, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing shooter, 8GB of internal flash memory (expandable up to 64GB via microSD), LTE connectivity, and a 2,000mAh removable battery.
On software front Samsung Galaxy Prime will run latest Android 4.4.4 KitKat out of the box. The phone will also have Samsung TouchWiz user interface which the company claims is the “easier way to use your device, giving you intuitive control over everyday tasks.”
Samsung Galaxy Prime will cost INR 8,500 which comes around $140 and is going to release next month.
