The Galaxy Note 8 has been dominating the internet with its leaks all over the time nowadays. Also, it will finally be revealed on August 23rd this year in New York City, so the fans will not wait much longer. But somehow, alongside all of the hype for the Note 8, a brand-new concept from the Galaxy S9 is getting us distracted.
A few days ago, a leaked concept from the next years coming Galaxy S9 has showed up on GalaxyS9Blog.com. On the concept, we can see how the device will look, and we can say that it is fascinating. The rumor is suggesting that the Galaxy S9 will retain the most famous Infinity Display, which can be also seen on the Galaxy S8, S8+ and Note 8. What is all brand-new in here, is that the Infinity Display will be covering the entire front side of the device. Also, the camera, speaker and the iris scanner have been embedded beneath the display. You can also check out the video below this topic, to get the full picture of what we are talking about.
Also, the fingerprint sensor on the Galaxy S9 might be placed just underneath the display itself. What also is not shown on the video, is the charging port. That can also mean that the device could be only charging with wireless charging.
There have been also some rumors about the specifications of the Galaxy S9. The device could feature a 5.7-inch 4K display, with an octa-core processor. Alongside that, the device will have 6 and 8GB of RAM, with 64GB and 128GB of internal storage. The battery’s capacity will be 4200 mAh, with also having dial 16-megapixel cameras on the back, and also dual 8-megapixel front facing cameras. As it is shown on the concept, the device runs the newest Android OS, and there’s also an audio jack. The cost of the device is rumored to be around $900 – $1000.
There’s also much to be discussed about this device and its release date, as well as the specifications of it, but there is also a lot of time before it gets unveiled and released. Also, further posts from Samsung or leaks might come up time by time.
