Samsung is working on a series of new Galaxy Book devices. These devices are leaked before on the Bluetooth SIG database. Now the Samsung Galaxy Go 2 and Galaxy Go 2 5G are leaked again, this time on the FCC website.
We now have detailed information on these devices’ key specifications.
Galaxy Go 2 will carry the model number NP340XNA and Galaxy Go 2 5G will have model number NP345XNA. Both these devices will support 45W charging. The last generations of Galaxy Go devices support only 25W charging. This is a significant improvement.
Both Galaxy Go 2 and Go 2 5G will support a 14-inch display like the current generation of Go devices. But we are hoping there will be a significant upgrade in the screen quality.
Galaxy Book 2 Go and Book 2 Go 5G will have bottom-mounted speakers. Silver will be one of the color options on offer. Both devices will measure 224 x 15 x 324mm.
The Galaxy Go 2 5G will support a series of different 5G and LTE bands. It will support 13 Sub-6GHz 5G bands: N1, N3, N5, N7, N8, N20, N28, N38, N40, N41, N66, N77, and N78.
Also, we are expecting that the devices will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7C+ Gen 3 processor.
When it comes to the release date, we are hoping Samsung will announce these devices alongside of Galaxy S23 devices.
