Samsung Display has gained some edge over the others in the industry by separating LCD and OLED business units from each other again.

The adjustment has been made in order to shore up the marketing capabilities of each of the divisions by having sales experts at the respective top positions.

Apart from this it looks as if Samsung Display is all ready to resume its OLED TV business.

According to many sources this recent business decision by Samsung Display is in order to reshape the sale and marketing strategies.

Samsung Display’s LCD business focuses on TVs, tablet PCs, monitors and on the other hand its OLED business revolves around mobile phones which means they have different target customer groups.

Apart from this some people have predicted that these adjustments are actually a chance for the OLED business to regain on the market share.

The OLED division is will now look to diversify its customers and cooperate closer with its existing customers as the A3 line for the production of flexible and small to mid-size OLED panels are being out into operation. So the prediction that the OLED TV business will resume now seems to be true.
