Last night, Samsung released its latest smartphones the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge. These phones had been long awaited. At the launch event, the world saw that how Samsung had developed its latest phones from scratch in such a way that the consumers love it and in return, Samsung earns some fortune back.
Two things were quite prominent that the world came to know about the Galaxy S6 at the unpack event which was held at the MWC 2015. At the event, Samsung unveiled that both the phones will have non-removable batteries. This was something new for Samsung. Many users liked this but some opposed it. The final reaction will come out when the phone comes out in market.
The next thing that we noticed was Samsung opting for wireless charging for the very first time. Wireless charging is something that Samsung had missed for a long time. All Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge will have wireless charging capability out of the box.
Samsung Netherlands has taken a step further, it will make wireless charging a standard for all these new devices. This will be done by giving free wireless chargers with each Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge devices which will go on sale from April 10 next month.
