It is more or less confirmed that the Note 6 will redefine smartphone security and productivity like the original iPhone did. reports point out that the phone will be a hardware behemoth that will sit at the pinnacle of the smartphone world. Samsung has shown us it’s 10nm 6 GB RAM module that will be used in upcoming smartphones indirectly hinting that the Note 6 will come with 6 GB of RAM that will enable productivity and gaming like never before.

This 10nm LPDDR4 6GB RAM module for smartphones offers better performance while consuming less space and power enabling compact packing of the phone internals while the overall design will be slim. Samsung has made it a point to cut down on the bloatware in its TouchWiz making the phone look clean like the iOS devices or stock android without wasting precious battery or processing power.

Another rumour indicates that the upcoming superphone will be accompanied by an edge sibling like the Note Edge in the year 2014 that had curved screen on a single side as opposed to the dual free-falling display of the S7 edge. This edge device will offer enhanced productivity but it might be entirely possible that Samsung could offer the edge variant as default with no flat screened Note 6 this year.

The security is also receiving an upgrade. The fingerprint scanner on the smartphone provides ample security but they aren’t entirely undeceivable. For this specific purpose, Samsung will have introduced the first retinal scanner in a smartphone with the Galaxy Note 6 for added security. It isn’t clear if the fingerprint scanner will make a return when a superior retinal scanner is already present.

A big battery, top of the line processor and cutting edge body design is the norm with the new note phones and that can also be expected for the Note 6. The screen size is getting a short bump to 5.8 inches against the 5.7 inch on the Note 5 owing to the reduced bezel around the smartphone while the overall dimensions remain identical.

Stay tuned for more updates.
