Rumor is that Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will come with a whopping 3 GB of RAM, if it is true than this will be the fastest smartphone in the market when released. More memory means better multi-tasking and performance.
The latest ARM 32 bit architecture only supports memory up to 4 GB. So theoretically most Samsung devices can support 4 GB RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is rumored to get a huge near to 6 inch HD AMOLED screen and will come with Exynos 5 Octa or Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 13 megapixel camera and S pen.
