Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus is a facelift version of the already available Galaxy S5. Like last year when Samsung brought an upgraded Galaxy S4 and branded it as Galaxy S4 LTE-A, this year Samsung added some new life to Galaxy S5 with a new processor and better LTE connectivity.

Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus Specs

Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus will feature a better Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor. The original Galaxy S5 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset. The new processor with 2.5 GHz is much faster and using a new core – Krait 450. It also has a new generation GPU - Adreno 420.

On the connectivity front Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus will boost better LTE connectivity with 300Mbps speed which is double of what you can get with Galaxy S5. That is a huge improvement. If you are living in an area where network support LTE Category 6, then this is the phone for you.

Apart from that, all other hardware configuration is same as Galaxy S5. The phone has 5.1″ 1080p screen, 16MP camera with 2160p video, 2GB RAM and 16GB storage, 2800mAh battery and water resistance feature. There is no optical image stabilization like Galaxy Note 4.

At the moment the phone is only available in the Netherlands but it will definitely come to other markets. No information on price is available at the moment, but we will update you as soon as we get new updates.
