Samsung Galaxy A7 with model number SM-A700 specification is now leaked on popular benchmarking tool GFXBench database. We already posted some leaks about the phone’s whereabouts before. But this latest leak reveled a lot about the upcoming smartphone.

The latest update suggests that Galaxy A7 will have a 5.2 inch full HD (1920 x 1080) display. This is little different than what we heard before. Earlier it was rumored that the phone will have a 5.5 inch display.

Galaxy A7 will have a Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor, which is one of the newest offerings from Qualcomm. The processor is clocked at 1.5 GHz. It also has a Qualcomm Adreno 405 GPU.

The unit leaked at GFXBench has 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage. Galaxy A7 will have a 12 megapixel main camera with HD video and a 4.7 megapixel front camera.

Samsung will ship the phone with Android 4.4.4 KitKat at the time of launch and will later upgrade Galaxy A7 to Android L.
