Samsung has now confirmed that the upcoming Galaxy A7 android powered smartphone will have 64-bit processor. This is revealed from the in a user agent profile for the device (SM-A700FD). The document also revealed that Galaxy A7 will have full-HD display.

Samsung is going to release a new series of phones called Galaxy A3, A5 and A7. Unlike Galaxy A7, both Galaxy A3 and A5 will have 32 bit processors. Samsung will release these new phones in various markets both in single SIM and dual SIM variants.

It is also reported that Galaxy A7 will have Android 4.4.4 KitKat at the time of launch, but the software will be updated to Android L later. Google brought in new changes to Android L for 64-bit processors.
