Recently, Samsung has launched its latest budget-friendly smartphones in the United Kingdom. On the store shelves are the new Galaxy A3 for £279 and Galaxy A5 for £369. These models are listed in three colors: Blue Sky, Blue Mist, and Gold Sand. They can be picked up from the firm’s website store. However, the Peach Cloud model can only be picked from Carphone Warehouse.
For those that are in search for just a refresher, the new Galaxy A3 is a good low-to-mid-range device. It has a beautiful 4.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a decent resolution of 720×1280. Under that it has a 1.6GHz Exynos 7870 octa-core processor, paired with 2GB of RAM. For those games to run smoothly, there is the Mali-T830 GPU. It has an 8MP selfie camera and a 13MP rear-facing camera. All of this is powered from a 2.350mAh battery.
The bigger brother, the Galaxy A5 is almost identical to the Galaxy A3. But it is nothing like the A3 when you peek under the hood. Here, you will find a 5.2-inch FullHD screen, 1.9GHz Exynos 7880 Octa CPU with 3GB of RAM. It has 32GB storage with expansion vie SD card. The front and rear camera have the same 16MP lens for beautiful selfie and panorama shots. It also has a buffed up 3000mAh battery. This phone is more targeted towards the mid-range market.
